The Manitou Room is named after the neighboring town of Manitou Springs, which is located on the pass to Woodland Park, Colorado. Situated just off our foyer on the main floor of our Cascade bed and breakfast, it's a comfortable room with knotty pine interior and hardwood floors.

It has a queen sized antique bed with a beautiful handmade quilt and window coverings, and local historic photos reminiscent of the area during times past.

It has a private bathroom with a shower and standard sized bathtub, great for a relaxing soak in the tub after a day of adventure while exploring Pikes Peak. Individual room heat and control in both the bedroom and bathroom allow you to enjoy the comfort you prefer.

For guests renting the Entire Lodge, a roll away can be placed in this room to allow for a third person.

One of our guests said that the highlight of staying in the Manitou Room was waking up one morning, looking out their window, and seeing that they were graced with the presence of a black bear walking across the yard.

It was a real thrill for them. But not to worry, the bears are only after food and trash and have never bothered anyone in the area. You just might be lucky enough to see one sometime!
