Do NOT use the Google Maps, Waze, other online maps, car or GPS Navigation systems, they do not take you the right way and bring you in a back way without signage, and make the property difficult to find. In the winter, this back road can be downright treacherous.
From Colorado Springs
From I-25 exit at Hwy 24 West (Cimarron St. – Exit 141). (Right off of I-25 if you’re going South, left off of I-25 if you’re going north, towards Pikes Peak and Manitou Springs). Stay on Hwy 24 for approximately 9 miles until you see the signs for Cascade and the Pikes Peak Highway and North Pole. Take a RIGHT at the traffic light (NOT a left towards Pikes Peak); make an immediate left onto the frontage road that parallels the highway. Make an immediate right onto Topeka. Turn LEFT onto Hagerman. The Lodge will be on your left – 4680 Hagerman Ave.
From Denver

From Woodland Park
Take Hwy 24 East towards Colorado Springs. A couple miles past Green Mountain Falls/Chipita Park you will turn LEFT at the traffic light in Cascade (NOT a right towards Pikes Peak); make an immediate left onto the frontage road that parallels the highway. Make an immediate right onto Topeka. Turn LEFT onto Hagerman. The Lodge will be on your left – 4680 Hagerman Ave.
From the Denver Airport (DEN)
We are approximately 1 1/2 hours from the Denver airport. When exiting the airport, you’ll be on Pena Blvd. Take Pena Blvd to E-470 South (toll road) to I-25 South to Colorado Springs. From the Colorado Springs Airport (COS)
We are approximately 30 minutes from the airport. Follow the signs out of the airport exit, which will put you onto Milton E. Proby Pkwy. Turn right onto Powers Blvd. Turn left onto Fountain Blvd, which becomes Hwy 24 West. Stay on Hwy 24 west to I-25 North (towards Denver). From I-25 exit at Hwy 24 West (Cimarron St. – Exit 141). Make a left at the traffic light (Hwy 24 West/Cimarron St.), towards Pikes Peak and Manitou Springs. Stay on Hwy 24 for approximately 9 miles until you see the signs for Cascade and the Pikes Peak Highway and North Pole.
