Cocktail Sauce is a must with shrimp. I like to not only use it for Shrimp Cocktail, or Golden Fried Shrimp, but also as an accompaniment when we make shrimp with our Fondue or or Kabobs. It’s easy to make and a lot cheaper than buying it at the store.

Servings: about 1/2 cup

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp prepared horseradish
  • 1 small clove garlic, finely minced
  • dash of Worcestershire sauce
  • juice from 1/2 lemon, about 1 Tbsp.
  • Tabasco sauce, to taste

Instructions:

  1. In small bowl combine all ingredients. Chill and serve.
