I love peanut clusters, but the problem is they are addicting. When we used to visit my mother-in-law in Virginia she lived about 20 minutes from the Virginia Peanut Company store. We would always make a trip there and I would get the largest tin of chocolate covered peanuts. I would have to ration them because I could easily be naughty and eat the whole tin at once.
They are really easy to make and only take about 10 minutes to make, but make sure you figure in the takes to let them set (at least 30 minutes).
This particular recipe has a twist on it in that there is peanut butter added to chocolate, giving them a little more peanut flavor.
You can change this recipe up too. You can use milk chocolate or white chocolate instead of dark chocolate. You can skip the peanut butter, just add 3 extra tablespoons of chocolate. And you can skip the sea salt or candy sprinkles on top and leave them plan. Have fun with them.
I like to use these Ghirardelli Chocolate Melting Wafers for my chocolate. I also use this chocolate to make chocolate covered strawberries.
