There is much to do in the Pikes Peak area when you’re staying with us here at Rocky Mountain Lodge & Cabins. This Saturday, April 21, 2012 is a FREE Family Fun Day at the Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center.
The theme for this event is Recycle and Reuse where participants will be able to create works of art at the Bemis School of Art using materials found around the house. Transform corks into a mosaic, create a mono-print with paper scraps and string or design a cardboard-and-egg-carton sculpture.
Have a family outing day with the kids enjoying artist demos and hands-on art projects led by Bemis instructors.
