We are THRILLED to announce that the famous Flying W Ranch has reopened as of July 10, 2020! The ranch has been one of the most popular historic destinations in the state of Colorado since 1953. It sadly burned down during the Waldo Canyon fire in 2012, but the ranch has been painstakingly restored over the past 8 years.
When you visit Flying W Ranch you will find yourself surrounded by stunning red rock formations, hiking trains, ranch animals and be able to partake in historical Old West demonstrations including Navajo rug weaving, silversmithing, horse shoeing, hat making and more. The legacy and the romantic spirit of the Old West lives on today!
And one of the best treats is partaking in the evening chuckwagon meal, which includes a spread of smoked meats with all the “chuckwagon trimmings” and followed by a western stage show performed by the world-renowned Flying W Wranglers, the second longest-running western perming band in the world! You will be thoroughly entertained with not only their three part harmonies, talented musicality, but also by their clean bunkhouse humor.
You can visit their website at https://www.flyingw.com/ and make reservations today!
And make sure to make reservations to stay in our Pikes Peak Guest Cabin after the show!
